#1280 SET REVIEWS: Ninjago ‘The Island’ sets – Part 1

Today we're reviewing 2 sets from the upcoming Ninjago season 'The Island'! We were sent these sets by LEGO but our view is our own and unbiased. We aim to provide a unique review from the perspective of a MOC builder and fan of building techniques.

First up is the 71746: Jungle Dragon: a unique take on a Ninjago dragon, with excellent variety and colour of parts, great overall value for the size and 4 detailed, new minifigures! This set is perfect if you want a taste of the new season with the new Ninja and villain designs, while giving you a fun and unique build.

We love the variety of sets within the wave of Ninjago sets, and 71747: The Keepers' Village is very unique from the others. The two different sections have a lot going for them, and combined with the excellent minifigure selection this is a set we would recommend for tropical island lovers!
