Depicting the opening attack on the HYDRA base from Avengers: Age of Ultron, this set debuts a new style of Marvel sets that is both diorama and playset.

🟢 MINIFIGURES: The highlight of this set, as of March 2025, this is the cheapest set that comes with all 6 of the original Avengers!
🟢 PART SELECTION: A mildly interesting tree and action parts pack at best, this set doesn’t offer any new recolors or molds or even enough parts in bulk to justify the price… but there are no stickers!
🟢 TECHNIQUES: Although a 10+ set, it is a relatively short build with no unique, new, or clever techniques for the truck, terrain, or trees.
🟢 DISPLAY VALUE: While visually exciting and depicting the energy of the scene, the flatter style’s baseplate border and asymmetry from the play feature makes for a less-than-ideal display piece on a bookshelf in comparison to the circular dioramas.
🟢 VALUE FOR MONEY: At $0.16 per part, Age of Ultron is already not a great value, which is only made more apparent by other similar priced Marvel sets on the market (as of March 2025) that make for better display pieces or minifig selection.
