Built by Jen Spencer on Flickr, there's also a tutorial to go along with it's feature in the 'Classroom' MOC, that we've condensed down for onto one picture. It may look complicated, but comparatively to other similar techniques it uses very basic pieces you're likely to have lots of in your collection.
