Today we will look at some SNOT techniques that can be used to create windows. They are useful for buildings or if you are just looking for a decent SNOT techniques.
The first is more basic, and just uses headlight piece to position tiles around a window. This creates texture and it can be implemented into any buildings because of its simplicity.
The second, uses SNOT (Studs Not On Top) in a different way as it puts the tiles on the inside of the window. The modified 1x2 rail pieces create a outline for the window that works well with the mudguard piece. Brackets, a type of SNOT brick, and essential here as when placed together, tiles can be built straight on, to give a smooth surface on the inside of the window.
